Self-paced courses are perfect for families who want flexibility, less schedule stress, and the ability to learn at their own pace. Children can work through exercises, reflections, and strategies on their schedule — ideal for bonding, practice, and reinforcement at home.

Even in a self-paced format, I provide guidance to help children understand and reframe challenges, so the learning is rich and practical.

Live Weekly Sessions
 

• Ages: 8–12

• Duration: 45–60 minutes per session,

• 1 lesson/week for 10 weeks

• Times: 11:30 AM EDT/EST or 4:30 PM EDT/EST

• Dates: Tuesday or Wednesdays

Live sessions provide interactive, guided learning with weekly activities, discussion, and personal feedback. I help children explore, reframe, and understand challenges, while optional home extensions give parents tools to continue the conversation at home.

This 10-week journey builds self-awareness, self-regulation, compassion, and emotional resilience, creating a safe, nurturing space for children to thrive in school, friendships, and family life.​​
